6.       General Civil Trial Work:  Insurance Claims, Boundary Disputes, Breach of Contract, Real Estate Litigation.

Other Services

We offer other services not listed and we welcome inquiries as to whether or not other services are available, however, we do not provide estate planning, incorporation or tax services.  If we do not offer the service, we will be glad to refer you to an attorney who practices in the area of expertise you need.

All of our attorneys are experienced trial attorneys, including both jury and judge tried cases.

Normally, we do not charge for initial consultation.  There is a charge for a second consultation.

Personal Injury and Workers’ Compensation cases are always handled on a contingency fee basis (you pay only if there is a recovery).  Missouri Bar Rule 7.2 requires that attorneys who state legal services are available on a no-recovery no-fee basis must also state that the client may be responsible for costs or expenses.  However, our workers' compensation and personal injury contracts provide that you will not be responsible for costs or expenses if no recovery.
