SERVICES The attorneys from the Law Office
of SEUFERT & DUDLEY,
P.C. represent clients in all domestic cases, including divorce, child custody,
visitation, child support, paternity actions, adoption and modification. We offer personal attention and straight forward advice.
The laws governing domestic relations cases are constantly changing.
Our attorneys can explain these laws and how they apply to you. These are some of the most commonly asked questions: 1.
What facts will the judge consider in awarding custody?
Section 452.375 RSMo. defines the basic terms of custody and sets forth the factors the court must consider in awarding child custody. 2.
My ex-spouse has denied my visitation.
What can I do?
Section 452.400
RSMo. sets forth one of the remedies available in this situation--the
Family Access Motion. Other remedies
exist, such as a Motion for Contempt and/or a Motion to Modify the court's prior
order. 3.
How much will I have to pay in child support?
Section 452.340
RSMo. includes the factors the courts consider in determining a parent's
obligation to pay child support. Child
support is calculated using a worksheet known as Form 14.
The attorneys at the Law Office of Kenneth A. Seufert, P.C. can prepare a
Form 14 to show what you can expect to pay. 4.
My ex-spouse wants to move with our children.
What, if anything, can I do to stop him or her? Our office would be glad to help you make the best decisions for you and your family. For a free initial consultation call me or one of my associates at 1-800-210-7555. |
