BLAKE DUDLEY

I was born in St. Louis, Missouri, on October 11, 1969.  I attended Ladue    High School and graduated in 1988.  I attended the University of Kansas at Lawrence, Kansas and obtained a Bachelor of Arts Degree in Psychology with an emphasis in English in 1992.

I attended the University of Missouri at Columbia Law School and obtained a Juris Doctorate in 1995.  I received an Academic Achievement Award for the highest grade in Family Law.  I was licensed to practice law in October of 1995.

While attending Law School, I interned with the Jefferson City Law Firm of Andereck, Evans, Milne, Peace and Baumhoer.

I initially practiced in Springfield, Missouri, in the latter part of 1995, primarily in the area of criminal defense, worker’s compensation and domestic relations.  On December 28, 1995, I was appointed an Assistant Prosecuting Attorney of St. Francois County, Missouri.  In 1998, I was promoted to First Assistant Prosecuting Attorney.  During the term of my appointment, I tried twelve criminal jury trials.  Also during the course of my appointment, I served as a member of the Board of Directors of the Southeast Missouri Family Violence Council, helped form the Family Violence Task Force and was a guest lecturer at the Mineral Area College Law Enforcement Academy.

On August 21, 1998, I joined the Ramshur Law Office of Piedmont, Missouri, where I practiced in the areas of criminal defense, domestic relations, personal injury, workers' compensation, real estate contracts and real estate litigation.

On May 14, 2001, I joined Ken Seufert in the practice of law.  I practice in the areas of criminal defense, divorce, modifications, child support, personal injury, workers' compensation, social security and real estate litigation.  I also prepare wills, real estate contracts and handle probate matters including estate administration, guardianship and conservatorship proceedings.
